Closure

Spokane Allergy and Asthma had to close its doors on Feb 18, 2026 due to financial failure. We are so sorry for impact that this has on your quality of life and health. Thank you for the trust you placed in us for your health care. Upon closing, Spokane Allergy and Asthma sent out a letter notifying patients of this closure that included information about other allergy or ENT offices where they could obtain care and also how patients could request a copy of their records.

Records

Your medical record information is kept private and secured according to state and federal laws. Your records will be held in a HIPAA complaint manner by Desert River Solutions. On their website: www.desertriversolutions.com/requests/ you can access a records release form. This will allow Desert River Solutions to release the record to whom you choose. Billing

There is a new billing team (Medico.cx). We are continuing to bill out the accounts receivable for care that we provided. If you have questions about your billing or how to make payments, please call 208-252-6304 ext 113.
